Buteyko Clinic USAis a customer-centered highly professional service that offers Health and Wellness Programs based on the Buteyko Breathing Method.

We offer a variety of options to learn the Buteyko Method with a Certified Buteyko Educator.

Our mission is to educate public on the Buteyko Breathing Method and to help people with chronic conditions to improve their health naturally with highly effective drug free therapy.

Our courses are devised according to proven over time best practices of teaching this method in Russia, Europe and worldwide.

Since opening in 2008 we have helped dozens of people to overcome their chronic health condition and achieve a remarkable health makeover. Conditions that we have successfully treated include asthma, pediatric asthma, exercise induced asthma, COPD, nasal congestion, breathing difficulties, chronic cough, hypertension, snoring, sleep apnea, anxiety, panic disorders, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and more.

Our community work includes free Buteyko Method seminars, lectures at the colleges, volunteer work at health crisis center and more. We offer unique school and athletic programs to schools, colleges, athletic clubs, yoga studios, health groups and other interested communities.

About Practitioner



Eugenia Malyshev, MSc, Certified Buteyko Educator

Eugenia developed severe asthma midlife and has been a chronic asthmatic for a number of years. In her search for answers to her debilitating condition, while having no improvements from either conventional
or alternative therapies, she discovered The Buteyko Method. The dramatic improvement not only in her asthma but in overall health inspired her to travel to Europe to be trained as a Buteyko Practitioner.
She was the first Buteyko Practitioner in the US to be accredited by the The Buteyko Clinic of Ireland and Moscow. Eugenia is fluent in both, Russian and English, which helped her to study all the original Buteyko research as well as the teaching methods of largest Russian Buteyko schools that exist today.
She is helping people in Minnesota and other US states since opening the Buteyko Clinc USA educational services in 2008.

Eugenia is a member of the Buteyko Breathing Educators Association (BBEA), which is a high-standards, professional organization for the teaching and certification of Buteyko Educators in North America and worldwide.
